Health LifeStyles LLC makes every effort to ship the products you ordered without delay by the shipping method selected. A shipping tracking number will be e-mail to you. Please check your spam or junk mail folders as occasionally this is where that email has gone. Please contact us if you still need assistance.

Return Policy

Health LifeStyles LLC only offers quality products at fair market prices. We make a solid effort to provide detailed information about our products helping you formulate an informed purchase decision. It is understandable that circumstances sometimes change our purchase decisions no matter how well informed we are.

If you are unsure if any of our products are right for you please contact us for more information before making a purchase. We welcome your inquiries and want you to be sure of your purchase decision.

Emco Tech Water Ionizer Return Policy

We invite you to try out our quality Emco Tech ionizers. We are so sure that you will be satisfied that we offer you a 14 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 14 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, providing that your ionizer is returned in “as new condition” and in its original packaging. The 14 day return window begins on the purchase date.

"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. Damaged, scratched etc. water will not be accepted for a full refund however original warranty will apply to any water ionizer purchased from us.
Please contact us for customer service if there are any questions pertaining to warranty or water ionizer returns.

Return Policy for all Items other than Water Ionizers

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less original shipping cost. Return shipping and associated cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, returns and refunds are voided. The exception would be product defects or not getting what you originally ordered and if that is the case we will cover shipping cost and replacement or refund of your original order.


No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please contact us to receive your *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 5 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that refunds and transfer between banks can take 1 to 5 business days.
